eGift Card FAQ’s

Can I use my eGift card to purchase a physical gift card at the store?

No. eGift cards can only be redeemed towards actual treat purchases at Andy’s. eGifts are also not valid towards online merchandise sales. Loyalty points cannot be earned on purchases of eGifts, as well as purchases of physical gift cards or merchandise.

Can my eGift card be added to my existing loyalty account as a loaded value – or – by combining accounts?

No. eGift card numbers can not be combined in the Andy’s app or through the loyalty online portal. You will receive loyalty points from treat purchases made with your eGift as long as your phone number or app check-in code is also given at time of purchase

If I don’t use the full value of my eGift during my purchase will I still have a remaining balance?

Yes, eGift card balances carry forward. You must keep your eGift card # for future purchases. Our cashier will print you a receipt after your purchase that shows your remaining eGift card balance.

How do I find my eGift card number if I’ve lost it?

Please contact customer service and we can look up your eGift card number for you. We will need to know your order number and the email address it was sent to.

I sent an eGift, how do I ensure the recipient will see the email?

To help ensure your eGift is received, have your eGift recipient add rewards@c.pxsmail to their email contact list. If your recipient did not receive their eGift please contact customer service with the order # from your confirmation email.
