Andy's Mobile App
The Andy's mobile app helps fans easily collect and track loyalty points, find the nearest location, view the menu, use contactless payment, and more. The app released a major update in 2023 with a new look and expanded features, such as the ability to purchase eGift cards right in the app. Learn more about Andy’s free Yum Squad customer loyalty program and Andy’s egift cards. The app offers many helpful account management options. For full access to edit your profile (including your email address) log in to your online account and select “Edit your profile.”

PROGRESS BAR
The Andy's app helps you track loyalty reward points. The progress bar at the top of the screen shows how close you are to earning a free $5 reward.
HOME SCREEN BUTTONS
Check In: When making a purchase at an Andy's store, use this button to get a unique three- or four-digit code you can give to the cashier to earn points or access your mobile-payment balance.
Locations: Find an Andy's store near you.
Menu: View our selection of treats and drinks.
Manage Reload: Add funds to your mobile-payment balance. You can make a one-time transaction or schedule an automatic recharge whenever your account balance is low. See additional instructions in the Mobile Payment section.
Refer a Friend: Send a link to a friend who might like to join Yum Squad. After your friend visits twice, you'll earn a $5 reward. Earn up to five referral rewards per year or 20 in a lifetime.
Reward Details: View your account history, membership card number(s), mobile-payment balance, and reward-point balance.
NAVIGATION
This button in the top-left corner of the screen expands to reveal links related to the customer's profile, Andy's social-media platforms, an online apparel shop, the careers page, plus the features found in the home-screen buttons.

Touchless Mobile Payment
Preload funds into your Andy’s mobile payment balance for a touchless payment option.
Use the Manage Reload button to add funds to your mobile-payment balance. You can make a one-time transaction or schedule an automatic recharge whenever your account balance is low.
How To Manage A Reload
Click the gear icon to adjust the settings for a credit or debit card
Choose a dollar amount to add to the mobile-payment balance, then press “Recharge Now.”
Press “Yes” to confirm.
Toggle “Auto Reload” on or off. When using auto reload, choose the amount to reload and the threshold that triggers the reload.
See the success notification.
If you have additional questions, click the "EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE" button on the Contact page. This will open a contact form. In the "Message" section, include Yum Squad card number.
