Will I have to work nights or weekends?

Yes! Frozen custard fanatics get cravings all hours of the day and night! When they’re drooling we’re open! Typical hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. but vary depending on location and season.

Are there opportunities for advancement?

You betcha! It’s our duty to bring the greatest frozen treats known to man to every corner of the globe! But we can’t do it alone. We’ll need a talented team of frozen custard fanatics from crew members to corporate gurus to help spread the word.

Do I get free custard? Do my friends?

A typical Andy’s crew member receives 50% off when not working and one free treat per shift! No gimmies for friends and family. Custard doesn’t grow on trees, you know!

What’s the dress code?

Typical attire consists of khaki pants or shorts, comfortable white shoes, an official Andy’s ball cap and a clean, freshly pressed white dress shirt. What you wear under it is your business.

Are schedules flexible?

We’re super flexible, but our first priority is always providing our customers with exceptional service and friendliness.

What kinds of shifts are available?

We probably have a shift to suit anyone’s taste.

Typical shifts range from:

10:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
3 p.m. – close
5 p.m. – close
